Role Description
Above Market pay for experienced technicians! This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlington, MA, for an Automotive Technician. The Automotive Technician will perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues, conducting suspension work, and carrying out general maintenance and repair tasks. The technician will collaborate with service advisors and ensure all repairs meet high-quality standards to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vehicle Maintenance, including oil changes and routine inspections
- Skilled in Automotive Repair and Suspension work
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair for various automotive systems
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of safety protocols and best practices
- ASE certification is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training in automotive repair is preferred
