Position Summary
The Warehouse and Facilities Technician is primarily responsible for the receipt, movement, storage, issuance, and accurate documentation of manufacturing materials. In addition, the Warehouse and Facilities Technician will provide flexible, ad-hoc support to the Facilities team, contributing to the overall functionality and upkeep of the workplace.
The position open is for 1st shift (6:00 AM-2:30 PM).

The Following Challenge Awaits You
- Follow established procedures for verifying incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
- Perform daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials.
- Execute the cycle count program and ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
- Perform routine weekly and monthly building maintenance tasks in support of Facilities requirements.
- Participate in weekly shipment planning meetings with Engineering and Production to help ensure on-time delivery of outgoing shipments.
- Respond to and support requests from the facility, warehouse, and production teams.
- Conduct regular inspections of the warehouse and facility; generate and track repair work orders to maintain a clean, organized, and fully functional environment.
- Apply an understanding of how warehouse operations impact other departments—such as Production, Facilities, EHS, and Maintenance—when making decisions.
- Assist with cross-training initiatives and help onboard new hires and temporary staff by following established training programs and maintaining up-to-date training records.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 2-year Associate/Technical degree desired
- Minimum of 2 years progressive development in a hands-on manufacturing position required.
- Previous experience in the medical device industry highly desired.
- Demonstrated above-average mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and perform work on facility systems.
- ERP software experience strongly preferred.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills required.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize MS Office software packages including Outlook and Internet.
- Forklift certification and appropriate safety footwear are required or must be obtained upon hire.
