Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is primarily focused on downstream marketing, inclusive of all of our external channels to fill our sales pipeline, expand our brand, and take our positioning, campaigns and marketing activation to the next level.

What You'll Do Every Day:

• In collaboration with the Portfolio and Sales teams, create a marketing campaign plan which will support our commercial growth ambitions.
• Develop and lead the tactical implementation of marketing activities and plans - this includes working with key opinion leaders (KOLs): Webinars, Case studies, Presentations, Event messaging and attendance strategy, Website content and strategy, and Marketing campaign and sales tool development
• Build and maintain a social media strategy including a content calendar based on our business strategy and relevant KPIs to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
• Build and report out to leadership KPI dashboards for lead generation out of our CRM (SalesForce) to measure ROI.
• Supports business-wide initiatives in partnership with the Sr. Director, Marketing.
• Manages global projects and initiatives independently with cross-functional influence.
• Manages team summer intern and projects.
• Other duties assigned as required.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or transferable degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Downstream marketing roles, with preference given to candidates with experience in the healthcare industry, marketing agencies or consultancy roles.
• Strong capability to lead projects and collaborate with all levels of the organization
• Flexible work style, ability to work autonomously - driving both strategic and tactical work.
• Masterful storytelling capabilities through oral and written communications.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 10% with some international travel.

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected hiring range for this position is between $100,000 and $125,000 based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 10%. Our total compensation package includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
