Second Shift: **10% Shift Premium** Five 8s, Monday through Friday, 2:30p to 10:30p (Earlier start and end times on Friday. Flexible Schedule for Training)
Pay starts at $31/hr., but is negotiable dependent upon experience

We’re looking for a Maintenance Mechanic who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge of maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing our production equipment. Come work at HEN and be inspired by a team of talented, seasoned maintenance professionals!
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain the pulse of our visionary machinery and mechanical systems by ensuring they are production ready!
- Keep our machines production-ready and running smoothly.
- Perform preventive maintenance on blowers, motors, pneumatics, electronics, conveyor systems, and more.
- Troubleshoot and repair automated and semi-automated machinery.
- Collaborate with production staff on basic maintenance techniques to reduce downtime.
- Use precision tools to inspect, diagnose, and repair mechanical issues.
- Maintain and repair building systems including HVAC, fire prevention, and access control.
- Fabricate parts when needed using machine shop equipment.
- Complete daily tasks via work orders and collaborate across departments.
Who You Are:
- We're looking for enthusiastic individuals with a technical background and a passion for maintenance and machinery. Ideal candidates have:
- Degree in Industrial Maintenance (or similar) 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong knowledge of electricity, PLC controls (Siemens & Schneider), pneumatics, hydraulics, and power distribution.
- Skilled in troubleshooting PLCs, servos, and VFDs.
- Excellent communication skills and experience with CMMSs.
- Self-starter who can work independently or as part of a team.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.

- Associate (Preferred)
