Summary
We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This role is vital in producing high-precision components that support Heraeus’s commitment to excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will be based in the US and eager to contribute to our forward-looking mission.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm
Responsibilities
Operate and set up CNC milling machines to produce precision parts.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
- Operate CNC Mill machines using CAM software.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure all parts meet quality standards through rigorous inspection.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize manufacturing processes.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.'
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Mill Machinist or similar role (3 yrs)
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of tooling and machining processes.
- Familiarity with Fanuc / Heidenhain controls.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.'
