We are seeking a Call Center Scheduler for heavy phone traffic.

Call Center Scheduler – Heavy Phones

Responsibilities:

• Handle heavy inbound call volume
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments
• Assist with patient concerns related to referrals, medications, and results, delegating appropriately
• Document all calls accurately
• Support clinic operations by ensuring patients are routed correctly
  
  

Requirements:

• Strong communication and multitasking
• Experience in a medical call center preferred
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Medical office experience preferred
