Role Description
We are seeking a talented and driven Content Creator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing compelling, on-brand content across multiple digital platforms - from social media and blogs to video and email campaigns. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand voice, growing our audience and driving engagement through creative storytelling.

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute engaging content strategies aligned with brand goals and target audiences.
- Produce high-quality written, visual and video content for social media, blogs, newsletters and websites.
- Manage and maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.)
- Collaborate with designers, marketers and product teams to create cohesive campaigns.
- Monitor content performance using analytic tools and optimize based on data-driven insights.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform algorithm changes and emerging content formats.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages and fostering conversations
- Source and coordinate with influencers, photographers or videographers when needed.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice and compliance standards.
- Repurpose and adapt content across different channels to maximize reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of content creations, social media management or related role.
- Exceptional Writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Proficiency in Content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Capcut
- Demonstrated experience managing brand social media accounts with measurable growth
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices and how they apply to content strategy
- Ability to interpret analytics data (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to inform decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Hubspot)
- Photography or videography skills with an eye for compelling visual storytelling.
- Background in journalism, communications, marketing or a related field.
- Experience working with influencer marketing or brand partnerships.
