We are looking for passionate and experienced Yoga and Pilates Instructors to join our team! The ideal candidate would be one who is looking for a fresh start, is dynamic, engaging, and promotes balance as well as inner peace when teaching. In this role, you will deliver high-quality group and private classes that emphasize core strength, effective weight-loss techniques, flexibility, and body awareness. Your enthusiasm and expertise will motivate participants to embrace healthier lifestyles while fostering a welcoming environment that promotes confidence and enjoyment. Whether you're passionate about movement, anatomy, or helping others unlock their potential, this position offers an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact through fitness.
Responsibilities
- Lead mindful and well-structured Yoga and/or Pilates classes tailored to diverse skill levels, ensuring proper technique and safety at all times.
- Creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants; no discrimination.
- Provide personalized coaching and modifications to accommodate individual needs, injuries, or limitations.
- Educate participants on core concepts of Pilates and/or Yoga, including breathing techniques, posture alignment, and muscle engagement.
- Foster a supportive community and encourage wellness and self-care.
- Be an advocate for women and collaborating to build and encourage confidence.
- Maintain a clean, organized studio environment with all equipment properly sanitized and set up for each session.
- Promote upcoming classes and programs to attract new members while supporting retention efforts through excellent customer service.
- Stay current with industry trends such as yoga, dance, sports coaching, and group fitness methodologies to enhance class offerings.
- Maintain a zen, fun, and calm environment for clients and staff.
Qualifications
- Certified Yoga and/or Pilates instructor with proven experience.
- Experience in program design for group fitness settings with the ability to adapt exercises for various skill levels.
- Passion for empowering women and fostering a positive community.
- Ability to create engaging, diverse and mindful class experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to clearly instruct movements and motivate participants.
- Ability to lead engaging group fitness classes while ensuring safety and proper form.
- Sales skills related to fitness programs to support membership growth and client retention.
- Passion for health and wellness with a proactive attitude toward continuous learning in fitness trends such as; functional training.

Pay: $35.00 - $38.00 per hour
