Pay: $13-14 per hour
11 hours a week (can make your own schedule)
Duties
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation to foster independence and dignity
- Support behavioral health needs by implementing behavior management strategies and behavioral interventions tailored to each individual
- Collect data on client progress, behaviors, and service outcomes to support ongoing care planning and reporting requirements
- Provide engaging social activities or childcare when needed to promote social skills development and emotional well-being
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, or other disabilities in home or community settings
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and non-verbal—to effectively connect with clients, families, and team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation duties
- Experience in home & community care is highly desirable
