We are looking for a Director of IT Sales to take ownership of our sales engine and drive aggressive growth across small to mid-sized businesses in the Fox Valley and surrounding regions.
This is not a typical sales role. This is a leadership position with significant earning potential, autonomy, and the opportunity to build and grow sales frow a company that out paces the competition.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and lead all SMB and mid-market sales efforts for Hepner Consulting
- Prospect, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Leverage existing relationships and networks (“black book”) to generate immediate pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships focused on trust and value
- Collaborate directly with the CEO on high-value and enterprise opportunities
- Develop and refine sales strategy, messaging, and positioning
- Identify market opportunities and help shape new service and software offerings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in IT sales, managed services, or technology solutions
- Strong background in B2B sales (preferably within SMB and mid-market segments)
- Established network of business relationships in the Fox Valley or Wisconsin region
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and generate revenue independently
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a “hunter” mentality
- Comfortable operating with autonomy and accountability
- Leadership capability with potential to build and manage a sales team
