Key Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and interpret statutes, rules, regulations, and court decisions
- Assist with document review
- Draft and respond to written discovery
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Write motions and briefs
- Monitor case files to ensure deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Active membership in the Illinois bar
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Deposition experience (preferred)
