Base salary range $90,000 - $105,000, dependent on experience. The firm also offers a generous matching 401K and profit-sharing programs.Professional Growth: A culture focused on development—training, mentorship, and team collaboration to help you thriveWhat You’ll DoSupervise and support Accounts Payable functionsEnsure compliance with GAAP and maintain strong internal controlsPrepare monthly financial reports and profitability analysis, and metrics reportsResponsible for accounts payable, month/year end close, tax schedules and profitability modelsManage Tax audits, 1099 preparation, budgets, and forecastsDevelop and document accounting policies and processesWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance5 years of accounting experience (professional services preferred)Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilityExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsStrategic thinker with sound judgment and attention to detail
