As a Spanish Speaking Aide, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for Spanish individuals in need of assistance. Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and bathing.
- Help clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Prepare and serve meals in accordance with dietary restrictions and personal preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Keep accurate medical records and documentation of client care.
- Monitor and communicate any changes in clients' conditions or behaviors to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed by healthcare providers.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
