What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manufacturing Tech II (On-site) position at HEPCO, Inc.?
Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Technician II to support the assembly, testing, and production of components, subassemblies, and final products.
- Perform assembly, fabrication, modification, testing, and troubleshooting of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, written instructions, and verbal guidance to complete assigned tasks.
- Assist with setup and calibration activities in coordination with engineering teams.
- Conduct quality inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications and quality standards.
- Perform rework and repairs as needed to support production requirements.
- Utilize manufacturing test equipment, diagnostic tools, and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Support process improvement initiatives and assist in collecting manufacturing and design-related data.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience using hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and schematics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Depending on experience and qualifications)
