This role is designed for someone with foundational technical or coding experience who wants to learn how different parts of a company operate before specializing in automation and systems design.
This position will rotate through multiple departments to gain hands-on knowledge of company workflows, processes, and tools. After completing this learning phase, the employee will transition into a technical role as a Technical Automation Builder, where they will use low-code platforms, APIs, and custom logic to build, maintain, and improve internal systems and automations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and support workflows across multiple departments
- Observe, document, and understand existing systems and processes
- Assist with basic technical tasks and troubleshooting
- Communicate clearly with team members to understand operational needs
- Learn and apply low-code automation tools and platforms
- Assist in building and maintaining automations using APIs and custom logic
- Test, maintain, and improve system reliability and performance
- Complete documentation and electronic records in a timely manner
- Perform other duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
- Technical computer skills
- Some exposure to coding, scripting, or technical systems (preferred, not required)
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated with strong attention to detail
