PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR - POWDER COATINGS Sunday - Thursday: 3rd Shift The
Production Supervisor - Powder Coatings supervises and coordinates the
work assignments and workforce to ensure appropriate manufacturing
results for the Department, which includes producing the highest quality
finished product at the lowest possible production cost. DESCRIPTION OF
ESSENTIAL DUTIES: \* Supervise and coordinate Powder Coatings Department
production operations, maintaining product quality, economical
production costs and production schedules consistent with company
manufacturing objectives and profit goals. \* Assist with production
scheduling and provide production schedule changes to fulfill shipping
commitments and rush orders. Coordinate production operation, employee
skill utilization, production hours, and material and workflow and
inventory control to insure timely production of powder coatings. \*
Order production supplies to insure the timely and cost-effective
production of powder coatings. \* Maintain and/or modify work procedures
and production methods to accomplish required production operations.
Adjust work procedures to fulfill production requirements. \* Train
employees in production techniques and the use of production equipment,
consistent with ISO requirements. \* Maintain and approve employee time
records, utilizing the electronic timekeeping system to ensure accurate
time records and timely payment for all hours worked. \* Monitor and
review employee performance and make recommendations to the Production
