JOB REQUIREMENTS: Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1st shift, (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Pay Range: \$20.00 -
\$23.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications). Since 1923,

Control Specialist is responsible for facilitating inventory accuracy
and availability. This includes assisting the receiving department with
receiving raw materials as well as managing cycle counting and control
Of Expired Materials. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Perform Cycle
counts of materials, by lot number and location, including data entry.
The primary focus is raw materials but may also include Finished Goods.
Must prioritize which items to cycle count based on priority list and
recent count history. Update expiration dates and relabel materials
based on recertification report from R&D. Assist the Receiving
Department with material and non-raw material receipts and labelling of
raw materials. Perform verification and signoff on tanker unloading.
Participate in the material movement process to ensure inventory
accuracy, including monitoring Distribution Orders, Transport Tasks, and
replenishment of materials in the Large Batch and CARC areas.
Responsible for adherence to safety rules, promoting safe work
practices. Responsible for stopping and reporting any safety violations
when observed throughout the facility. As part of the housekeeping
procedures, the employee may be involved with the disposal of hazardous
waste. The initial training of how to properly dispose of hazardous
waste will be performed by the Environmental and Safety department or
the department supervisor. Annual training of the same will be performed
by the EHS department. Comply with all quality, safety, and work rules
and regulations. Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualification Requirements Preferred education level: a high school
