What You'll DoAs a Pre-Litigation Case Manager, you will maintain an active caseload and serve as the client’s primary point of contact from start to finish. Working directly with a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will ensure each case progresses strategically and efficiently toward settlement.Your day-to-day work will include:Managing deadlines, including tracking Statutes of Limitation, checking for conflicts, and properly opening claims with insurance carriers.Collecting and organizing evidence, insurance information, and asset details to strengthen case value.Reviewing incoming mail and ensuring timely follow-up or attorney review. Monitoring and evaluating treatment progress to support both client health outcomes and settlement positioning.Preparing comprehensive demand packages for attorney review and valuation.Initiating and managing the negotiation process with insurance carriers.Preparing accurate and timely disbursement statements and ensuring cases are properly closed in the system upon final settlement.Maintaining detailed documentation of all case-related communication and activity in the case management system.Acting as the overall director of each case, coordinating with internal team members and proactively notifying the attorney of any developments or concerns.This role requires strong ownership, consistent client communication, and the ability to move multiple cases forward simultaneously without sacrificing detail.Who You AreYou’re organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a substantial caseload.
