The Production Manager is responsible for assisting with the production pre-planning and monitoring the activities of drivers and installers of designated Hensley Event Resources production jobs. The Production Manager will collaborate with the management and Sales team to have a successful production outcome. The Production Manager serves as the primary contact for field-based employees and clients while working on-site.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
At Minimum Duties & Responsibilities:
· Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
· Travelling to on-site inspections and project managing events
· Providing leadership, motivation, direction, and support to your team
· Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered
efficiently
· Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers during the production pre-planning and during
the install and the removal to accomplish timelines.
· Communicating, maintaining, and developing client relationships
· Create the timeline of the event with the salesperson for the install and the removal.
· Setting, communicating, and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
· Ensure event is completed smoothly and step up to resolve any problems that might occur
· Ability to attend to site visits with salesperson to take measurements, verify surface space and
other considerations for the installations.
· Ability to schedule site inspections during the install and removal for every project assigned.
· Manage, track, and submit all permits to make sure the Company is in compliance with all
different entities.
· Learn & know the inventory of the company, to be able to recognize our products on the field.
· As part of the learning process, Production Managers will learn how to enter orders into the Party Track
system, coordinating directly with their Sales Person.
· Support and collaborate with the Operations Department by creating daily site update checklist.
· Create a Feedback Report at the end of each event, considering the process during install & removal, customer experience and learning opportunities.
· Stay positive & solution focused.
· Encourage our clients to visit our website & social media for inventory updates weekly.
· Other duties as assigned.
