SUMMARY
Corporate Sales is responsible for maximizing the value of the Hensley portfolio with our largest customers through optimized assortment strategies, enhanced retail execution, category management leadership, and strategic planning that drives profitable growth.
The Senior Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) serves as the primary business lead for assigned customers and retail partners within their designated channel and format. This role is responsible for developing and managing customer relationships, leading merchandising and assortment strategies, conducting category reviews, and driving strategic business initiatives across assigned accounts.
The Sr. KAM will establish the strategic vision and direction for their channel and customers while developing actionable plans that align internal stakeholders, suppliers, and retail partners. This position plays a critical role in streamlining communication, driving execution, and delivering sustainable growth for both Hensley and its customers.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills, with proficiency in utilizing syndicated and internal sales data to develop compelling business insights and sales narratives. The Sr. KAM must be capable of managing the complexity of a large and diverse portfolio while balancing customer needs, supplier priorities, and company objectives.
This role requires the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions, including Field Sales, Operations, Marketing, and Brand Management, while also effectively communicating and negotiating with customer buyers and supplier partners.
As the primary representative for assigned key accounts, the Sr. KAM must demonstrate strong leadership, sound business judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to provide clear and actionable direction to the organization.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
