What are the responsibilities and job description for the Tig Welder/Fitter position at Henshaw?
Role and Responsibilities
As a Welder/Fitter some of your responsibilities are:
· Lay out, fit, and weld fabricated parts.
· Bolts, clamps, and tack-weld parts to secure in positions for welding.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Run machines.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· At least three years of experience welding.
· Experience with Mig/Tig welding.
Experienced in Aluminum Tig welding
· Must be able to run machines
· Any certifications a plus
· Must be able to read blueprints
· Must be willing to travel locally during the day if needed
· Must follow all safety procedures and policies.
· This position involves walking, standing, bending, stooping, reaching, feeling, and handling.
