JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for the project management of new product introduction and cost savings opportunities in support of the North American Henry Schein Brand businesses.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Under the direction of their manager, executes assigned cost savings projects, ensures the accuracy of financial analytics, and concise planning and communication for the achievement of critical project milestones.
- Under the direction of their manager, executes new product introduction projects from initial concept through supplier vetting, sample/specifications review, initial launch planning, and delivery into our DC network.
- Follows Global Sourcing processes and procedures, which includes however not limited to identifying potential suppliers, the execution of RFQs (requests for quote), item set-up and maintenance, labeling and IFU development, vendor set-up documentation, and the optimization of supply-chain metrics.
- Utilizes established policies and processes, to reduce costs, streamline procedures, and implement solutions.
- Develop and champion ideas for improvements to enhance results and efficiencies.
- Participate in Special Projects as needed.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Typically 2 to 4 years of related professional experience.
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline.

- PC proficient - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $45,000-$95,445 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
