SERVER ALSO CROSS TRAINED TO BE A BARTENDER

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented server who is also familiar with being trained as a bartender to join our team. As a server you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages and taking orders to guests in a friendly and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service to patrons.
**Responsibilities:**
Greet customers warmly and take drink orders promptly - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages following recipes - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Check customers' identification to ensure they meet the legal drinking age - Upsell additional products when appropriate - Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register - Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a server or similar role - Knowledge of alcohol, bartending, and mixology techniques - Strong hospitality and customer service skills - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Familiarity with basic math skills for measurements and calculations - Understanding of food safety regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and have a background in hospitality industry, we would love to hear from you.
