Henry & Peters is a middle-market CPA firm with over 130 employees, serving clients in Tax, Audit & Assurance, and Client Accounting Services. We have offices in Tyler, Longview, and Frisco, with clients throughout the U.S. We value long-term relationships, professionalism, and meaningful community involvement.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead tax engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to clients
- Review complex individual, trust, estate, partnership, S‑corp, and C‑corp returns
- Research technical tax issues and provide strategic recommendations
- Mentor and develop staff in a collaborative, supportive environment Identify opportunities to enhance client service and firm growth
WHAT YOU BRING
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Accounting
- 6 years of public accounting experience
- Active CPA license
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and project‑management skills
- Leadership experience
- Advanced technical tax knowledge Experience with Lacerte, CCH, QuickBooks, Adobe, or Microsoft Office a plus
