As a Business Development Manager, your mission is simple:

- You’ll sell forklifts, automation systems, service, and more while becoming the go-to partner for warehouse and industrial operations in your market.
What You’ll Do
- Hunt New Logos: Cold call, knock doors, and get creative. You’re the tip of the spear.
- Sell Solutions: Not just forklifts. You’ll pitch service agreements, rentals, automation tech, and more.
- Build Relationships: Become a trusted advisor, not a transactional seller.
- Learn the Industry: Master material handling, warehouse workflows, and GP-based selling.
Who You Are
- A gritty, self-starting hunter who knows how to open doors
- Comfortable working your territory like it’s your own business
- Strong communicator with high emotional intelligence
- B2B sales experience (especially selling to industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing customers) is a plus
