About the Role

A growing material handling equipment company is looking for a hands-onService Managerto lead day-to-day operations. This is a small, family-owned, relaxed environment where you’ll have real ownership, build processes, support technicians, and improve service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service operations and technician workflow
• Communicate with customers on repair status, breakdowns, and escalations
• Manage out-of-warranty service calls and tough customer situations
• Coordinate equipment deliveries and asset movements
• Lead and support technicians, shop staff, and parts coordination
• Improve shop flow and service processes to reduce bottlenecks
• Act as the link between service and sales teams

• Smoother service operations with fewer delays
• Strong communication across teams and customers
• Leadership workload reduced through improved processes
• Higher shop efficiency and customer satisfaction
