Territory Sales Manager - Kalamazoo, MI

A top-performing material handling dealer is expanding its footprint across West Michigan and is adding a Sales Rep to own, grow, and develop a key territory. The company sells and services industry-leading lift trucks and is now pushing deeper into allied products and warehouse automation.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow a territory with some existing accounts already in place
- Hunt for new business, develop new relationships, and open doors with warehouses, manufacturers, and distribution centers
- Spend real time in the field visiting customers, learning operations, and uncovering opportunities

- You ask questions, move fast, and don’t get stuck in the weeds
- You show strong judgment, strong work ethic, and strong EI with customers
- You consistently build pipeline, stay visible in the territory, and create wins
