We are seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador to provide exceptional service and create memorable experiences for our guests.
What You’ll Do
- Sell admission tickets, program tickets, and museum memberships
- Accurately balance the cash drawer at the end of each shift
- Greet and assist visitors with tour options and materials
- Support museum programs and events
What We’re Looking For
- Professional, engaging communication skills
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash handling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with computers
- Bilingual skills are a plus (not required)
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of customer service and cash handling experience
- Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 5–15 lbs
- Commitment to a minimum 3-day rotation
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
