HJF is seeking a Mobile Training Team Coordinator to provide strategic operational support for the Health Security Cooperation Education and Training (HSCET) Program in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC). The Mobile Training Team (MTT) Coordinator coordinates the end-to-end operational, administrative, and logistical lifecycle for international mobile training engagements within the Health Security Cooperation Education and Training (HSCET) portfolio. This position will work under the guidance of the Senior MTT Coordinator and HSCET leadership, serving as the primary NIDHC point of contact throughout mission preparation, execution, and post-mission closeout.

This position will be in support of the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences (USU) National Institute for Defense Health Cooperation (NIDHC). The mission of NIDHC is to support military and civilian health operational readiness in crisis and conflict. NIDHC is a unique organization that acts as a central source of coordination and support of health operational readiness for the U.S. Department of War (DoW) and coordinates and collaborates among six U.S. Departments: DoD, Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, Veterans Administration, State, and Transportation. NIDHC is an International Military Education & Training (IMET) certified schoolhouse providing Health Security Cooperation training. Using Title 22 and Title 10 security assistance authorities, NIDHC delivers specialized training through in-residence and mobile courses. By leveraging DoW and federal interagency experts, NIDHC develops curricula to build partner capacity and strengthen relationships.
