Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in developing and executing strategic plans to enhance direct sales.
- Support the team in building and maintaining a network of sources to identify new sales leads.
- Facilitate communication with customers and leads to identify their product or service needs.
- Promote products and services in alignment with customer needs to achieve sales goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and after-sales support.
- Maintain comprehensive reports and records of sales activities, including calls, orders, and any relationship issues.
- Monitor market trends, research competitors, and provide relevant feedback to sales strategies.
- Prepare periodic sales forecasts and contribute insights into team meetings.
- Support team members in project management and related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in construction and special events, with familiarity in navigating construction sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with strong consultative sales ability.
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and lead generation software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Experience with project management is advantageous.
