Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Oversight
- Manager office operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee the scheduling, workflow, and task assignments of customer service representatives.
- Maintain and organize office records, files, and documentation.
- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and maintained.
- Monitor and improve administrative procedures to enhance productivity.
Customer Service & Communication
- Serve as a point of contact between employees, management, and external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, phone calls, and inquiries professionally.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is maintained within the office.
Financial & Compliance Responsibilities
- Monitor office budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Assist with invoicing, payroll processing, and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety procedures.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of office administration or supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management software.
