Role Description The Elementary School Principal is a full-time, on-site role located in Atlantic Highlands, NJ. This position is responsible for the overall leadership and management of the elementary school, including setting a positive school climate, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all students and staff. The Principal supervises and evaluates instructional staff, guides curriculum implementation, and supports effective teaching practices aligned with district standards and goals.
