What You Will Do
- Interpret ophthalmic spectacle prescriptions and eyewear orders accurately.
- Properly deliver, adjust, and repair eyewear for patients.
- Ensure all eyewear meets patient needs and prescription requirements.
- Complete required training courses as directed by Henry Ford OptimEyes.
What You Will Need
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Previous computer experience and basic math skills.
- Previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
