We're looking for dynamic, relationship-driven Recruiters to join us in a full-time, temporary role supporting recruitment efforts across the organization. This position requires a high level of agility, the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.

Role Details
Shift: Days, Full Time (40 hours per week)
Status: Temporary Assignment, estimated 6-9 months
Work Style: Hybrid - primarily remote with occasional onsite needs in Metropolitan Detroit
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business or other related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recruiting experience required.
- High volume recruitment experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with corporate recruiting preferred.
- Current working experience that includes understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle process (lead generation, managing the internal/external process, extending an offer and closing a candidate).
- Experience with applicant tracking system.
