Registered Nurse - Float Team - Henry Ford Oakland Hospital -12 Mile Rd, Warren
Contingent Midnight - Minimum of 36 hours per 6 week schedule including 1 Saturday or Sunday shift.
Must have minimum of 2 years inpatient RN experience. Must be telemetry trained and have experience managing drips.
General Summary:
Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to provide, delegate, supervise and document care and teaching of patients and family. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to health care team. Participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensures implementation of solutions. Contingent Option II: Clinical Resources Department contingents that report directly to a House Manager, Clinical Resources Department. Meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
- Previous 1.5-2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
