GENERAL SUMMARY
Hospice provides comprehensive, convenient, and high quality Hospice services to meet the physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs of adult and geriatric patients with limited life expectancy
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN).
Minimum of four years nursing experience in a Hospice environment.
Effective written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills via phone and face-to-face.
Ability to problem-solve and excellent critical thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).Previous nursing experience in Hospice or Home Health setting.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
Current Michigan Registered Nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Valid Michigan Driver's license.
Dependable automobile insured according to State of Michigan requirements.
