GENERAL SUMMARY:
Location: Grand Blanc
Schedule: Part Time- 20 hours a week - start times vary between 8am, 9am and 10am. Every 2-3 Saturday.
Provides distributive pharmacy services and technical support for the Pharmacist prior to receiving certification.

PRINCPLE DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
- Refills and maintains automated dispensing systems.
- Prepares orders and maintains inventory for the Pharmacy department.
- Prepares sterile and non-sterile compounds.
- Repackages bulk medications.
- Receives and stores incoming supplies.
- Triages incoming calls and serves as a liaison between pharmacy, patient and health professionals by providing information.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience
- -OR- Associate's degree/Technical degree
- -OR- 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED:
- Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Michigan Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
