• Provide exceptional customer service on a daily basis and maintain professional practices while interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Use established guidelines for call handling to provide information or route calls.
• Receive and respond to inquiries and concerns; refer callers to the appropriate staff member.
• Maintain a professional workspace that reflects positively on the district and the Transportation Department.
• Access and navigate the AccessHCS website to provide information as needed to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist supervisory staff with special projects as assigned.
• Gather and/or prepare reports as required.
• Perform clerical duties as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or state-approved High School Equivalency (HSE) required.
• Ability to successfully operate a variety of office equipment.
• Ability to work well with students, parents/guardians, and the community.
• Exceptional integrity, commitment to confidentiality, excellent character, and strong professional reputation.
• Ability to abide by the Georgia Professional Standards Code of Ethics for Educators.
• Must be regularly, predictably, and reliably at work. Must be able to be present at the physical worksite.
• Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting.
• Ability to perform routine physical activities such as bending, lifting, and pushing/pulling up to 50 pounds.
• Vision, hearing, written, and verbal communication skills are essential factors in performing essential tasks.
