What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cardiac Rehab Tech (PRN - as needed) position at Henry Community Health?
Responsibilities
- Works under general supervision in carrying out the daily activities of the Cardiac Rehabilitation program.
- Identifies and addresses Cardiac Rehab patient’s educational needs.
- Instructs and supervises Cardiac Rehabilitation patients during exercise and is responsible for safe and effective monitoring of the patients.
- Works closely with the Coordinator of Cardiac Rehab and the Cardiac Rehab Nurse to ensure that individual patient goals are met.
Qualifications
- Requires a high school education or equivalent.
- Related nursing experience is preferred.
- On the job training will be provided before assuming full responsibilities.
