Demonstrated ability to support the management of a high school softball program through previous experience as a coach or player.

Essential Duties
- Assists with the overall softball program.
- Helps prepare players physically and mentally for interscholastic competition through practice, teaching fundamental skills, and knowledge of rules.
- Assists with supervising the cleaning, storage, and proper care of all equipment.
- Helps create a daily practice schedule and leads practice sessions.
Demonstrated ability to support the management of a high school softball program through previous experience as a coach or player.
