Job Summary:
We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales, with a focus on providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, personalized approach
- Provide product knowledge on jewelry pieces, materials, and care
- Help customers select items based on style, occasion, and budget
- Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display area
- Restock merchandise and assist with inventory tracking
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and basic issue resolution
- Support store promotions, events, and sales initiatives
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and provide excellent customer service
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash/credit transactions
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for presentation
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours (including weekends)
- Interest in jewelry or fashion is a plus

Pay: $26 - $28 per hour with a commission structure
