Role Description
This Client has a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Benefits Manager based in Phoenix, AZ. The HR Benefits Manager will oversee benefits administration, ensure compliance with relevant policies and legislation, and serve as a subject matter expert for employee benefits. Responsibilities include managing employee benefits programs, integrating compensation and benefits packages, and serving as a strategic advisor to leadership on benefits plans and trends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Benefits Administration and knowledge of Employee Benefits programs
- Solid understanding of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and related compliance matters
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) with a focus on Compensation & Benefits
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing benefits and leave policies
- Experience in vendor management and benefits system implementation is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
