Stockyard/Rigging - 2nd Shift (1pm-11:30pm)

Description

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Haul Rigging Yard Worker to join our team. As a Heavy Haul Rigging Yard Worker, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment and machinery within our yard.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, cranes, and other rigging equipment to move heavy machinery and equipment within the yard
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
• Load and unload heavy equipment and machinery from trucks and trailers
• Secure loads using chains, straps, and other rigging equipment to ensure safe transportation
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in heavy equipment rigging and transportation
• Knowledge of rigging equipment and techniques
• Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
