Hennessey Law Firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join our established plaintiff’s practice representing injured workers and individuals who have suffered serious injuries.

We are looking for a motivated attorney who is comfortable managing a caseload, negotiating with insurance carriers, and preparing cases for trial when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury matters
- Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Take and defend depositions
- Handle mediations and settlement negotiations
- Prepare cases for hearings or trial when necessary
- Work collaboratively with support staff to move cases efficiently toward resolution
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Missouri (Illinois license is a plus)
- 3 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation and/or Personal Injury preferred
- Strong negotiation and litigation skills
- Ability to manage cases independently while maintaining high client service standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- A genuine commitment to advocating for injured clients
