We’re a growing organic luxury beauty brand looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Packing Associate to join our team in Wilmington.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help prepare customer orders, package and ship products, assist with cosmetic production, and make sure every product meets our high standards before it reaches the customer.
No previous warehouse or production experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person. What matters most to us is that you’re dependable, take pride in your work, pay attention to detail, and have a positive attitude. References must be available upon request.

What You'll Do:
- Pack and prepare customer orders for shipment
- Pick, organize, and handle products carefully and accurately
- Assist with manufacturing and production of cosmetic products
- Inspect products for quality and accuracy
- Follow established safety, cleanliness, and hygiene procedures
- Work closely with team to improve efficiency and processes
