Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Roofer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various roofing systems on residential and commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that roofs are durable, weather-resistant, and compliant with safety standards. Responsibilities

• Install new roofing systems using materials such as shingles, metal, tiles, or membrane roofing with precision and efficiency
• Repair and replace damaged or aging roofs to extend their lifespan and improve safety
• Inspect roofs regularly to identify potential issues such as leaks, cracks, or structural weaknesses
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation
• Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely on construction sites
• Apply waterproofing, caulking, flashing, and insulation techniques to enhance roof performance
• Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and inspectors to meet project specifications and safety standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in roofing installation and repair on various types of buildings
• Knowledge of construction management principles and construction estimating processes
• Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings relevant to roofing projects
• Ability to operate hand tools such as hammers, saws, drills; power tools including nail guns; and heavy equipment when necessary
• Experience with related trades such as carpentry (trim carpentry), masonry (concrete forming), or siding installation is a plus
• Strong understanding of safety protocols on construction sites and the ability to work at heights confidently
• Additional skills in plumbing, electrical work, stucco application or restoration are advantageous but not required
