Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Flaggers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing traffic flow at construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the public while facilitating efficient operations.
Duties
- Direct and control traffic around construction sites to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors to coordinate work schedules and traffic patterns.
- Monitor site conditions and report any hazards or issues that may arise during operations.
- Maintain clear communication with team members and other stakeholders regarding traffic management plans.
- Ensure all equipment is operated safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
- Must have a valid Traffic Control Card/Certification
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and the public.
- Capability to work in varying weather conditions and maintain focus on safety protocols.
- A valid driver's license is preferred; additional certifications related to heavy equipment operation are a plus.
- Must be detail-oriented with a strong commitment to safety and efficiency on the job.
- Must pass drug tests
