YOUR ROLE
· Lead and coordinate all production activities through direct reports and hourly associates to achieve production goals across multiple production lines.
· Assists the Director of Liquids Operations in developing and monitoring the annual business plan and business unit performance.
· Ensure timely resolution of issues impeding the flow of production.
· Resolves priority conflicts across lines and ensures the lines are balanced and performing according to planning rules.
· Facilitates new product launches to assure successful implementation.
· Develops and implements new ideas focused on continuous process improvement, cost containment and efficiency along the Value Streams.
· Conducts project and analytical work.
