YOUR ROLE
- The Supply Planner will be responsible for onboarding new supply chains to support the integration of a recent business acquisition.
- Responsible for project planning, project activities and supply planning during the integration project which is expected to last thru 2021. Once supply chain is implemented, the planner with be responsible for planning, purchasing and monitoring supplier performance on assigned products. This planner is responsible for managing inventory to meet both Customer Service and inventory targets.
- Build a partnership with our suppliers to better service our business.
- Effective use of Henkel’s planning and scheduling tools (SAP) in the development of sound purchasing schedules in support of customer service and inventory targets.
- Proactive communication of requirements, supplier performance and/or service to stakeholders.
- Execute special projects as requested by the Supply Chain Manager.
