YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for managing demand planning process for assigned business segment as part of the corporate S&OP process.
- Works closely with Sales and Marketing to analyze quantitative and qualitative inputs to the forecast such as trade promotion plans, competitive impacts, new item launches, and cannibalization in the development and delivery of the monthly demand plan (12-24 month horizon).
- Delivers the item/distribution center level forecast to drive weekly execution within the supply chain.
- Monitors demand planning metrics and drives improvement for their business segments with the goal of continued improvement in forecast accuracy and S&OP Process Excellence.
